Dear Saint Peter’s Families and Friends,
We are so grateful to the men and women of the United States of America, who are veterans of our armed forces. They have served this great country and sacrificed so much to defend, protect, and keep us free and safe. We thank you and we honor you!
Thank you also to the current active-duty members of our school family, we appreciate your service!
A Prayer for our Veterans:
Lord God, Almighty Father, creator of mankind and author of peace, as we are ever mindful of the cost paid for the liberty we possess, we ask you to bless the members of our armed forces. Give them courage, hope and strength. May they ever experience your firm support, gentle love, and compassionate healing. Be their power and protector, leading them from darkness to light. To you be all glory, honor, and praise, now and forever. Amen.
The holidays are quickly approaching with Thanksgiving is just around the quarter. We have many exciting activities and events coming up over the next several weeks, which will be detailed in our newsletters each week. Please be sure to read the newsletter!
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding with our morning arrival times. Most
of our students get to school on time so that they are ready for the day.
However, some are not. At every grade level, tardiness causes a great disruption to your child, the classroom, and the school. We have prayers promptly @ 8:00 a.m., and teachers begin instruction immediately after prayers. Children who are late begin the day at a disadvantage. This is not fair to anyone.
Excessive tardiness will be noted in all student files, and chronic tardiness may be reported as educational neglect. It is imperative that you make every effort to get your children to school on time.
If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know.
Have a wonderful three-day weekend with your families!
Thank you and God bless,
Ann M Feltner
