Dear Saint Peter’s Catholic School Family and Friends,
In the month of May, we honor our Blessed Mother Mary. We will pray the Rosary every Tuesday, as a school, and we will have our May Crowning, led by our 2nd grade students, on Tuesday, May 7th.
Mary, precious Mother of Jesus, and our Mother, pray for us!
Dear Mother of Jesus,
Look down upon me
As I say my prayers slowly
At my mother’s knee.
I love thee, O Lady
And please do bring
All little children
To Jesus our King. Amen
Congratulations to our students who are making their 1st Holy Communion this weekend; we are so happy for you that you will receive Jesus for the first time. God bless you all!
Lord Jesus, Bless the children coming forward to receive Holy Communion for the first time. May this day be an initial step into a life-long love of the Eucharist. Give them a hunger for this sacred food so that they turn to You for comfort, guidance, and wisdom as they grow into full discipleship. Amen
Last, but not least, thank you for all the letters, cards, candy, flowers, and gifts that I received this week, on Principal’s Day! I cannot fully express my gratitude for your kindness and thoughtfulness; I am so blessed with our Saint Peter’s Catholic School family.
