Dear Saint Peter’s Catholic School parents, families, and friends,
Sunday, October 13th is the anniversary of the final apparition of the Blessed Virgin to the children at Fatima. On May 13th, 1917, the Blessed Virgin Mary appeared to three shepherd children in Fatima, Portugal, with an urgent message for the world. She would appear five more times, on the thirteenth day of each month, with the final apparition taking place on October 13, 1917. Our Lady of Fatima. pray for us!

The Angel’s Prayer
On one occasion, the three children saw the angel prostrate himself before a host and chalice that hung in the air. Worshiping the Eucharist, the angel prayed:
*Most Holy Trinity—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—I adore Thee profoundly. I offer Thee the most precious Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity of Jesus Christ, present in all the tabernacles of the world, in reparation for the outrages, sacrileges, and indifferences whereby He is offended. And through the infinite merits of His Most Sacred Heart and the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I beg of Thee the conversion of poor sinners.
Thank you to all of you who helped with the parish bazaar this year; it was a huge success, and very well attended. Especially thank you to our school parents and volunteers!
Congratulations to our Cross-Country team who are doing so well at their meets, improving their times personally, and placing well as a team.
From Mrs. Bennett:
Our Cardinals did it again!
They had a great meet yesterday at Thomas Heyward Academy!
Our boys placed 6th place, and our girls placed 3rd!!
Go Cardinals, we are so proud of you!
We had a great presentation on Wednesday with the Bikers Against Bullies (B.A.B.) team. The students enjoyed it, and their message was impressive. They honored 2 of our students as B.A.B. 2024 Heros for their kindness to others. Congratulations to Greyson Williams in 6th grade, and Emily Torres in the 5th grade! We are proud of you, keep on showing us what kindness means!
Additionally, we would like to warmly welcome the O’Neill family to our school community!
Thank you again for sharing your precious children with us!
Have a wonderful 3-day weekend!
Thank you and God bless,
Ann M Feltner
